We’re a recruitment consultancy, but one which is determined to walk our own path. 

Things have changed this year. It’s time to do things differently. From how we develop our candidates to the fees we charge – which, uniquely, are fixed and completely transparent – the website you’re looking at today and the package that we offer our partners is the start of something new. We have pioneering plans for our future, and are working with great people and brands already.

We believe that if a company has unhappy people, it’ll never achieve its ambitions. Candidates are more than their CV, so those we recommend to you will have been carefully and rigorously aligned to what you stand for as a business so that when they join you on your journey, you can be confident you’re on the same path. And we believe that if people aren’t happy in their work, they won’t be happy in life either – and they won’t be happy in their work if it isn’t the right fit for their life. So our focus is less on what they can do, and more on who they are – the values they stand for and their passions – and finding the best home for them. It’s time to stop seeing people as a collection of skills. We turn that old way of recruiting on its head, and focus on candidates as individuals – for each of whom there’s a career out there which will be meaningful to them. It’s up to us to find it.
