THE FOUNDER
Richard believes there’s a more human way to approach business - one that connects personal values with professional ambition to unlock what’s truly possible. With over 25 years of experience in recruitment, technology and sales, he partners with founders, entrepreneurs and brands to find people who bring real value, not just a good CV.
His work isn’t only about hiring. Richard also supports individuals and leaders through one-to-one coaching - helping people gain clarity, direction and momentum in work and life. Outside of work, he’s at home with a camera, out in nature, watching rugby, or exploring the intersections between technology, creativity, and culture.
